Deposit

A guaranteed deposit is required at the time of booking.

• The standard deposit is $150 per person for all destinations, except for Africa, which is $300 per person, unless otherwise indicated.
• For GroupsOnly, in order to block land arrangements, a non-refundable deposit of $600.00 must be received by our office. If the group cancels, the initial deposit can be transferred to a new group booking within 12 months but cannot be transferred to an existing group, or a new or existing FIT booking.
• There may be certain tours and arrangements which will require a higher deposit. The exact amount will be advised at the time of booking.
• In addition to the deposit, we require full payment for airfares in order to issue airline tickets and guarantee the fare. It is recommended that we receive confirmation on land prior to issuing airline tickets.

Balance of Payment

A guaranteed balance of payment is required sixty (30) days prior to departure. For GroupsOnly, balance of payment is required ninety (60) days prior to departure.

If the balance is not paid by the stipulated date, the right is reserved to cancel the booking(s) without further notice and without refund of the deposit.

Cancellation:

When a cancellation is made, the following cancellation cost applies:

Cancellation fees will include the expenses incurred for services that cannot be cancelled regardless of the date of departure and once the reservation has been made.

Unforeseeable Circumstances

We shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays, or loss of enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever, resulting from events beyond our or a supplier’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other labour disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, floods, or acts or restraints imposed by government authorities.

Travel Documents

Travel documents and tickets, joining and departure details, supplier addresses, and phone contacts will be sent upon receipt of final payment.
